People need people. This is a simple phrase, but with a profound truth. In a world where technology and automation dominate, it is easy to forget that behind every success, every project and every idea is a person. A person with passions, dreams and desires. A person who, just like you and me, needs other people to understand, learn and grow.
8 years ago, I took a bold step and decided to move to Germany. I was driven by the desire to discover new opportunities and expand my horizons. And it didn't take long before I discovered the profession of financial advisor - a profession that would change my life.
But my passion for consulting did not start in Germany. Ever since I was in Romania working as an insurance inspector, I felt that this was my path. I saw in my profession not just a source of income, but an opportunity to help people. To offer them solutions, to make their lives better and to build relationships based on trust and respect.
And so, with passion and determination as allies, I began my journey into the world of financial consulting in Germany. It wasn't always easy. I encountered obstacles, had moments of doubt and was tempted to give up. But I knew that if I stayed focused and worked hard, I would get where I wanted to be.
And now, after 7 years, I can proudly say that I have achieved one of my biggest goals: I became a Director in the largest financial consulting company in Germany. It was a long and challenging journey, but every step, every effort and every sacrifice was worth it.
In conclusion, I want to share a thought with you: no matter what field you work in, no matter your dreams and goals, never forget that people need people. And that, with passion, determination and the help of those around you, anything is possible.
I don't just offer financial advice, I propose a complete solution to guarantee integration and adaptation.
Empathy and the fact that I have already walked the path that some of my clients wish to follow.
Part of my mission is not just commercial success, but also advising and integrating Romanians in a foreign country.
